京雄政务服务团队自2021年以来从0到1全程参与天津市办综合窗口改革，由原来上下两层共计160个窗口对外办公减少至目前在一层62个窗口办公，缩减比例达61.25%。
基于京雄政务服务标准，结合天津本地需求，建立本地化政务服务标准，确保服务标准化、规范化、人性化。服务范围涵盖综合咨询、帮办代办及1184项政务服务事项，显著提升了办事体验与满意度。期间，团队圆满完成5次国家级及省级领导的接待任务，获高度评价，累计服务26万人次。
通过帮办服务模式，现场协助企业群众网上申报，将部分高频事项办理时限压缩 85%，制定完善的材料流转机制，实现即办件从接件到出件的时长控制在 30 分钟内，办理时限大幅压缩75%；采用综合窗口抢号机制，实现群众等候办理时长缩短至1分钟以内。
懂业务、会服务的“全能型”团队
⚪ 午间和延时服务：为切实解决企业群众“上班没空办、下班没处办”的痛点难点问题，最大程度地满足广大企业群众对政务服务的需求,午间的12：00-13：30和非工作时间的17：00-18：00，继续提供业务办理，让服务更便捷、更高效。
⚪ 7*24小时电话预约服务：为企业群众提供7*24小时电话预约服务，不仅限于传统的业务办理时间，更可根据申请人的需求，定制个性化的服务时段。真正实现了政务服务“不打烊”，极大提升了服务效能与市民满意度。
⚪ 跨省通办：在“跨层级联办”机制的基础上，以京津冀一体化政务服务平台为依托，以智能化设备为载体，与北京市、河北省、长春市建立协同服务机制，打破地域限制，通过视频、电话连线等方式，提供234项北京政务服务事项、1018项河北省政务服务事项，线上申报指导、代收代办和协助沟通咨询服务；其他省市的跨省通办事项通过线上渠道，提供线上申报指导。
京雄团队自承接项目以来，办事群众好评率达100%，收获锦旗20面，表扬信456封，收到部门感谢信6封。
天津市政务服务中心简介
天津市政务服务中心坐落在天津市河东区红星路79号，于2004年4月中旬开始筹建，同年11月1日投入运行。是天津市委、市政府认真贯彻实施《行政许可法》和落实国务院《全面推进依法行政实施细则》作出的一项重要决策，也是推进政府管理创新和职能转变，加强执政能力建设，提高依法行政水平，改善营商环境的一项重要举措和具体成果，中心由天津市政务服务办公室负责管理。
建筑总面积达2.8万平方米，中心集结了39个市级部门和单位，配备了305名专业工作人员，旨在通过集中办公和服务，实现资源共享和服务效能最大化。中心分设有两个主要办事大厅（A厅和B厅），共设64个办事窗口，日均可处理1.43万件政务服务事项，涵盖1300项服务内容，有效满足了企业和市民日益增长的政务服务需求。
天津市政务服务中心秉承“一站式”服务理念，通过综窗改革、“前台综合接件、中台业务支撑、后台受理审批、统一窗口出件”的工作模式，极大地简化了办事流程，降低了企业和群众的办事成本，提升了政务服务质量和效率。此外，中心还大力推广智能化服务，如智能引导系统、自助取号机、自助办理设备等，进一步方便了市民办事，提高了办事透明度和满意度。
天津市政务服务中心不仅是政务服务的集中展示窗口，也是天津市深化“放管服”改革、优化营商环境的重要举措之一。未来，中心将继续秉承以人民为中心的发展思想，不断创新服务模式，完善服务功能，为打造更加优质高效的政务服务环境而不懈努力。
