京雄“政务服务办事员”职业等级认定资质+1！

近日，经雄安新区公共服务局复核批准，京雄公共服务外包(雄安)有限公司获得了“政务服务办事员”职业等级认定资质，成为河北省首家可开展该项职业技能等级认定工作的企评机构。同时也是目前唯一一家获批在津冀地区开展“政务服务办事员”职业技能等级认定工作的企评机构。此次职业等级认定资质的取得，是京雄在政务服务领域不断推进政务服务职业化、专业化的又一迈进。

什么是“3-01-01-02 政务服务办事员”？

在政务服务场所, 从事咨询引导、业务处理、帮办代办、申报指导等服务工作的人员。

主要工作任务:

1. 承办政务大厅窗口业务的咨询引导、材料初审、流转、办结通知、送达服务;

2. 承办为企事业单位和群众提供帮办代办服务;

3. 承办跨区、跨省等跨域通办服务;

4. 承办自助服务系统网上申报指导服务;

5. 承办政务大厅监督促效服务等。

下一步，京雄公共服务外包(雄安)有限公司将按照“政务服务办事员”职业等级认定相关的规定与程序，组织在岗员工积极参与职业技能等级考试，稳步推进全员持证上岗的常态化管理。利用京雄研究院和实训基地，采用理论研究融合、实操检验验证、线上线下混合式培训等方式，确保每一位政务服务办事员都能具备扎实的专业技能和良好的职业素养，以满足日益增长的服务需求。

未来，京雄公共服务外包(雄安)有限公司将以此为契机，不断完善和优化职业技能等级认定工作，向获得社会评价资质持续发力，为政务服务行业输送更多高质量、高素质、高水平的专业化人才。
