岗位职责：

1.解答办事企业/群众业务问题，为来中心办理事项的企业/群众提供准确引导指示；

2.提供帮代办服务，指导群众填单、辅助申请材料打印等；

3.解答有关申请各类政务服务事项方面的基本问题；

4.负责接收申请材料，根据办事指南对申请材料是否齐全、是否符合法定形式进行审查；

任职要求：

1.年龄30岁以下，经验不限；

2.大专及以上学历。
